The Mysterious Creature

Born in medieval Europe with the power of alchemy, this mysterious creature was a fascinating creature that ate bugs and pooped jewels. The small and cute creature became a royal pet to many nobles. But even before this mysterious creature became known to the world, wars from human greed led to its extinction.

The Revival of Livly

These mysterious creatures were revived in modern times by Dr. Muller, a Japanese biologist, and were named 'Livly.' After the revival, the study was succeeded by Dr. Muller’s brother's(Edward Muller) grandson, Akira Muller, and various studies continued at the Livly Reboot Laboratory (aka L.R.L.). Using the cells separated from Livly, he created a Homunculus known as 'Hom' that could communicate with Livlies. He also created islands for Homs and Livlies to live in and distributed them to people who would take care of Livlies.

Uploading Digital Livly

The metaverse era has now arrived. Located somewhere in the world, the Digital Development Office (aka D.D.O.) has embarked on a project to study L.R.L.'s research in digital space. They have digitized all existing Livly, Hom, and Island and uploaded them to a virtual world as individual data to perform analysis and research on the data changes that arise from the players' interactions. This virtual world is called Meta Livly.

Meta Livly, a Metaverse based on Blockchain Technology

In this virtual world, you can take care of your digital pet Livly through the avatar Hom, and collect various fashion items by gathering doodoo, the jewels that the Livlies excrete. You can collect various fashion and decoration items to create your own Island. All of these items and styles have values as digital assets that you fully own. Your emotions become a real value here in Meta Livly.

Universe : The Mirror World of 「Livly Island」, Meta Livly

What's the relationship between Meta Livly and Livly Island? The relationship between these two is very similar to that of the metaverse and the real world. The metaverse is not just an imaginary world. It’s similar to a mirror world that digitally projects the real world. Whereas the joy of caring for others or decorating Livlies that exist in the real world is studied in Livly Island, the data from digitizing everything in Livly Island is studied in Meta Livly. In other words, Meta Livly is a mirror world that projects the real world of Livly Island.

What can be earned from these features?

It is possible to predict Meta Livly's item value. Livly Island has around 200k DAU of CCP (Character Coordinating Play) players and has accumulated data from their play experience. Players of Meta Livly can predict which items will have higher values based on the data from Livly Island. For example, you can predict popular Gacha themes on Livly Island, items people want, ways to combine items to make them more popular, etc. The value identified through the actual data of Livly Island can be set as the basis for Meta Livly's investment strategy.
